Hi, I’m Sofia — founder of Champagne Sorbet.

With a love for refined styling and an eye for the smallest details, I believe the most meaningful celebrations are the ones that feel deeply personal and effortlessly elegant.

Having lived in Sydney for the past seven years, I’ve had the privilege of working across many of NSW’s most sought-after venues, bringing bespoke weddings and events to life with intention, beauty, and heart.

For me, it’s always the finer touches that leave the most lasting impression — the handwritten love letters to your guests, beautifully illustrated menus, thoughtful keepsakes, and those carefully considered details that quietly tell your story.

Outside of Champagne Sorbet, I find the greatest joy in bringing people together. Whether hosting intimate dinners or styling celebrations for family and friends, I’m endlessly inspired by creating spaces that feel warm, elevated, and unforgettable.

At the heart of everything I do is a genuine love for love itself — celebrating it, styling it, and transforming ideas into beautifully curated moments that feel uniquely yours.

The name Champagne Sorbet was inspired by two things I adore most about a celebration: the timeless elegance of champagne and the sense of joy, lightness, and fun that comes with gathering the people you love. It encapsulates the balance between sophistication and playfulness that I bring to every event. And while I’ll be there ensuring every detail unfolds seamlessly behind the scenes, you’ll almost certainly find us dancing on the sidelines, soaking in the magic right alongside you.

    We'll be in touch to arrange an initial consultation where we'll get to know you, your vision and everything you've dreamed of for your day.

  • Your bespoke proposal

    Following our conversation, we'll prepare a tailored proposal outlining the perfect level of support for your celebration.

  • The countdown begins

    Once you're ready to move forward, a 25% deposit will officially reserve your date and the planning journey begins. From there, we'll guide you every step of the way, with the remaining balance due eight weeks before your wedding day.
